We are Incline Health Services, proudly serving families throughout Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona.
Inclined Health Services provides financial assistance and promotes healthy living utilizing resources and support services to our clients and their families throughout the community. Our primary service is Structured Family Caregiving (SFC), a Medicaid-funded benefit that supports primary unpaid caregivers of persons who are generally aged, disabled, or have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. The caregiver lives with the care recipient and receives a tax-free stipend for providing supervision, personal care assistance, and homemaker services.

We believe that the best care happens at home, surrounded by family. That’s why we focus on empowering caregivers with the training, resources, and financial support they need to provide quality care while maintaining their own well-being. Every family’s situation is unique, and we tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
Caregivers are provided with education and training based on current and anticipated needs of their loved one, coaching including emotional support, access to a fill-in caregiver, and respite care. We walk alongside you every step of the way, ensuring both you and your loved one receive the support you deserve.
