We are Incline Health Services
Incline Health Services provides financial assistance and promotes healthy living through Structured Family Caregiving (SFC). This Medicaid-funded program supports primary unpaid caregivers of individuals who are aged, disabled, or living with Alzheimer’s or related dementia.
Caregivers who live with their loved one receive a tax-free stipend for providing daily supervision, personal care, and homemaker services. We also provide education, training, coaching, and respite care to ensure both caregiver and care recipient thrive.
